At Crowdtech, we are looking for a Product Specialist Survey & Connect to join our team.

About the role

Are you proactive, enterprising and do you put the customer first? Then start your career as a Product Specialist at Crowdtech now. In this role, you will be the point of contact for questions and you will onboard our customers in the use of our research software. This means you will be the specialist, both internally and externally, who will be asked questions about Survey and Connect.

Crowdtech is market leader in the Netherlands with its software and is working hard to expand internationally. With your knowledge and innovative ideas, you will contribute to our ambition to enable customers around the world to make optimal use of the very best research software: Crowdtech Insights.

Together with you, Crowdtech bridges the gap between organisations and consumers.

What will you be doing?

You will liaise with the Customer Success team, Support team, Product Owner, and, of course, our customers. The team is often present at the office in Amsterdam (fun and convenient!), but also regularly works from home. Wherever your knowledge is needed, you will be involved. This helps our customers make optimal use of Crowdtech Insights.

  • Our “product master” of all Crowdtech Survey and Crowdtech Connect functionalities. No worries: we are happy to teach you!

  • Internal and external point of contact for our applications (including liaising with our other labels MWM2 and InnerVoice). You contribute solutions to complex issues.

  • Flawless onboarding of new clients (including user training) and successful implementation of add-ons (including API implementation and SPF setup).

  • Supporting Sales in commercial opportunities and activities (such as attending seminars and showcasing our product portfolio during user training sessions).

  • Identifying and proposing innovations and customer requirements to the Product Owner.

Who are you?

  • You love innovation and are tech savvy.

  • You are independent, always have a clear overview and feel at home in a team full of ambition and energy.

  • Onboarding runs smoothly because you can successfully juggle multiple tasks and have a great sense of responsibility.

  • You are approachable and know how to effectively translate customer wishes into opportunities.

  • You have an affinity with IT and market research.

  • You are naturally sociable and curious.

  • Experience with project management in a B2B environment is a plus.

  • You have at least a higher professional education (HBO) degree.

  • You have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
